CrossBatch compared with other order and production apps
CrossBatch is one of several tools for shops that make products to order. This page lays out who each one is for, what it costs, and how it handles Etsy, Shopify and personalization, so you can pick the right one, even if it isn't ours. Every fact comes from the other app's own website or Shopify App Store listing, checked October 20, 2026. Prices change, so check their page before you decide.
CrossBatch in one paragraph: a Shopify app that puts Shopify and Etsy orders on one production queue, one job per item, with the buyer's personalization on every job and job sheet. Shopify orders arrive as they're paid. Etsy orders come in from forwarded "You made a sale" emails or Etsy's Order Items CSV. There's no Etsy API connection, so you add tracking to Etsy yourself (CrossBatch gives a one-click copy and a link to the order). Product rules set material, machine and lead time; promised dates count working days; you batch by material and machine. Proof approval is on Pro, storefront personalization fields on Studio. Free for 50 orders a month, then $19, $49 or $99. It doesn't track inventory or materials.
