Where Sortaflow is the better fit
- You sell only on Etsy, or mostly on Etsy and want a live API sync with no forwarding or uploads.
- You have a team. Seats with assigned orders, from 3 members on The Artisan.
- Price at volume. Unlimited orders for $15.99 a month.
- Extras: a buyer file-upload portal (UploadFlow), ShipStation labels that carry personalization, bulk updates and gift-note printing, and a free Chrome extension for Etsy's orders page.
Where CrossBatch is the better fit
- Your Shopify orders matter today. They land on the same queue as Etsy orders.
- You batch by material and machine. Product rules set each job's material, machine and lead time. Sortaflow's page describes bulk updates and custom production lists, not material or machine batching.
- You promise dates. Working-day promised dates with late and at-risk flags, and job sheets with the personalization in large type and a QR code.
- Proofs and storefront fields. Customer proof approval (Pro), Shopify fulfillment from Mark shipped, and personalization fields on your product pages (Studio).
