How to download Etsy's Order Items file
- In Etsy, open Shop Manager, then Settings → Options.
- Open the Download Data tab.
- Under Orders, set CSV type to Order Items (not “Orders”), pick the month and year, and click Download CSV. The file is named like EtsySoldOrderItems2026.csv.
- Drop that file in the box above.
Questions
Is my file uploaded anywhere? No. Your browser reads the file on your own computer, and the sheets are built right there. We only count how many sheets the tool makes each day, with nothing from your file.
Why one sheet per item and not per order? An order for three ornaments with three different names is three pieces of work. One sheet each means nothing gets made twice or missed.
Can I group by color or size? Yes. The “Group into batches by” menu lists every option your listings use, so you can make all the walnut signs, or all the black prints, in one run.
